Tai Chi Self-Defense - Part 1 This part introduces the practitioner to the basic techniques and principles of applying Tai Chi as a self-defense method, how to block, move in the correct line of an opponent and so on.
Tai Chi Self-Defense - Part 2 This part details various applications of Tai Chi in the most common of self defense situations such as grabbing the throat, body, hands, and utilizing the control Tai Chi can give you, helping you in avoiding potentially dangerous assaults.
Tai Chi Self-Defense - Part 3 This part demonstrates further self defense situations and how tai chi is used. Tackling dangers such as the opponents knee’s, head, elbow, as well as assaults such as head locks, knife and bottle attacks.
Training All training sessions in the Master Wong System are taught by Master Wong himself from a purpose built training facility. Training is ‘old school’ in that it is tough but effective, and there are areas of training that can benefit ANY individual. Once you have finished training in one of our courses you will receive a certificate (not a qualification) stating what you have trained in. If you are interested in training to become a Master Wong instructor then you must sign up and book an instructor course, once you have completed the course, been assessed by Master Wong and passed then you will receive a qualification as an instructor in the Master Wong system
