Master Wong System - Tai Chi Combat 2
The Second installment of Master Wong’s Tai Chi Combat System, the next Chen Style form ‘Old Frame’ is similar to the first Chen form, carrying on its ideology to the next level by introducing further aspects of application and movement. 
Part 1 This part teaches the entire Chen Style ‘Old Frame’ form, broken down into parts, explained and performed by Master Wong in its entirety.
Part 2 Master Wong will introduce you to this Chen style forms application, including shoulder bump, weight control, elbowing to the body, take downs and many further aspects that Chen Style uses in order to overwhelm an opponent.
Part 3
In this part Master Wong will teach you the fundamental basic exercises necessary in order to build a successful foundation in Chen style Tai Chi. Basic hand and body movements, how to develop and maintain your posture and build your body structure and basic technique.
Training All training sessions in the Master Wong System are taught by Master Wong himself from a purpose built training facility. Training is ‘old school’ in that it is tough but effective, and there are areas of training that can benefit ANY individual. Once you have finished training in one of our courses you will receive a certificate (not a qualification) stating what you have trained in. If you are interested in training to become a Master Wong instructor then you must sign up and book an instructor course, once you have completed the course, been assessed by Master Wong and passed then you will receive a qualification as an instructor in the Master Wong system
