Tai Chi Chin Na - Part 2 This part goes into understanding the three zones of movement that are utilized in controlling and understanding. Master Wong explains how Chin Na is used in each zone when locking and manipulating an opponent.
Tai Chi Chin Na - Part 3 This part explains the application of wrist and elbow locking as well as how to use the shoulder in close range. Each aspect is demonstrated by Master Wong
Tai Chi Chin Na - Part 4 Going into greater detail on application, including take downs further use of Chi Na and Tai Chi method, hitting to the body and so on.
Tai Chi Chin Na - Part 5 This part shows the practitioner how to use Chin Na against an opponent attacking with various kicks, demonstrated in real-time with direct explanation from Master Wong.
Training All training sessions in the Master Wong System are taught by Master Wong himself from a purpose built training facility. Training is ‘old school’ in that it is tough but effective, and there are areas of training that can benefit ANY individual. Once you have finished training in one of our courses you will receive a certificate (not a qualification) stating what you have trained in. If you are interested in training to become a Master Wong instructor then you must sign up and book an instructor course, once you have completed the course, been assessed by Master Wong and passed then you will receive a qualification as an instructor in the Master Wong system
