Master Wong System - Health Tai Chi
Master Wong’s Health Tai Chi is a highly effective method of improving and maintaining your physical and mental health, increasing natural awareness of the internal aspects of your body, as well as intrinsic healing capabilities. These exercises can benefit anybody, even if you suffer from a restricted range of movement.
Health Tai Chi Part 1 Dealing with the basic hand and feet exercises in Master Wong’s health tai chi, this part shows you how to practice the fundamental stepping -learning how to transfer your weight properly and balance your body. Basic handwork will show you how to move the upper part of your body correctly within the Yang Tai Chi form, allowing you to relate it to the rest of your body when you are ready, maximising the benefit gained.
Health Tai Chi Part 2 This second part focuses on how to use Chi Kung or ‘Breathing Exercises’. This area is concerned focally with standing or sitting. Master Wong’s guidance on how to exercise your body internally is an invaluable tool that can put you in touch with your body’s vitality and energy. This will allow you to renew and maintain your health through exercises that benefit circulation by lowering blood pressure, respiration and increasing mental clarity.
Training All training sessions in the Master Wong System are taught by Master Wong himself from a purpose built training facility. Training is ‘old school’ in that it is tough but effective, and there are areas of training that can benefit ANY individual. Once you have finished training in one of our courses you will receive a certificate (not a qualification) stating what you have trained in. If you are interested in training to become a Master Wong instructor then you must sign up and book an instructor course, once you have completed the course, been assessed by Master Wong and passed then you will receive a qualification as an instructor in the Master Wong system
