Health Chi Kung Chi Kung or breathing exercises have been used for hundreds of years by Chinese adepts as a method of developing and maintaining internal health. Exercises when practiced correctly can improve circulation, energy and vitality.
Chi Kung - Part 1 This part of Master Wong’s Chi Kung system incorporates the first basic exercises including – standing like the tree exercise, horse stance exercises – drawing the bow, pushing from the waist, back exercise, and many more all with Master Wong’s direct guidance on how to practice correctly and safely.
Chi Kung - Part 2 Exercises in this part are orientated on a Swiss ball, this transfers all of the basic exercises done in the previous part onto the ball, developing posture and making exercises performable in a sitting position.
Training All training sessions in the Master Wong System are taught by Master Wong himself from a purpose built training facility. Training is ‘old school’ in that it is tough but effective, and there are areas of training that can benefit ANY individual. Once you have finished training in one of our courses you will receive a certificate (not a qualification) stating what you have trained in. If you are interested in training to become a Master Wong instructor then you must sign up and book an instructor course, once you have completed the course, been assessed by Master Wong and passed then you will receive a qualification as an instructor in the Master Wong system
