Master Wong System - JKD Combat Zone

Techniques and training used in JKD Body Weapon training are exclusively available in Master Wong’s System. ‘Combat Zone’ culminates many of these essential techniques to give you the best understanding available on how your opponent moves, how to control them and use there energy. All energy drills are introduced collectively, demonstrated along with there applications in real-time.

JKD Combat Zone Part 1
This first part will show you how to use JKD enter, the finer points of trapping, how to break down the nerve points of the body in order to go in and control your opponent, and how to recognize and comprehend the energy of your opponent in the combat zone.

JKD Combat Zone Part 2
Master Wong explains in real time how to practice effectively the various energy drills vital to this training including Pak Sao, Lap Sao, Gak Sao, Elbow drill, Punch drill, as well as Tai Chi Push hand. This training is vital in order to flow naturally and develop skill.

JKD Combat Zone Part 3
In this part Master Wong will explain how to trap, attack and destroy your opponent through the breaking down of vital points, learning to control a fight in a hostile environment, putting the tools you learn to good use when you need them.

Training
All training sessions in the Master Wong System are taught by Master Wong himself from a purpose built training facility. Training is ‘old school’ in that it is tough but effective, and there are areas of training that can benefit ANY individual. Once you have finished training in one of our courses you will receive a certificate (not a qualification) stating what you have trained in. If you are interested in training to become a Master Wong instructor then you must sign up and book an instructor course, once you have completed the course, been assessed by Master Wong and passed then you will receive a qualification as an instructor in the Master Wong system
